Landmark Holdings was formed as a focused real estate investment vehicle of the Dalmia Group in 2002. Landmark invests primarily in residential developments, and opportunistically in commercial and retail projects. Landmark estimates that it has invested in projects whose total post-development liquidation value is approx. $9 billion. While a majority of its current interests are in North India, Landmark also has projects in the East, West and South India.
