K Singh is responsible for accounting and financial controls
in some of the Landmark projects. He has a Masters degree

Harsh Sharma |

Harsh
Sharma is responsible for project management and post-deal
coordination with developers. Harsh is involved in managing
all projects from inception to completion stages and follows
the “Plan & Monitor” philosophy of work.
He brings with him 35 years of experience in India and abroad.
Prior to joining the Landmark Group, he was associated,
as the COO, with Ramky group of Companies, where he was
responsible for setting up the Regional Construction Unit
of RIL and consulting arm of the Group. Prior to that, he
was involved in a number of projects in Gurgaon including
110 acres township development, 45 acres residential development
and 0.7 mm sq. ft. group housing development, residential
township in Himachal Pradesh (177 acres) two textile parks
in Rajasthan (150 acres) and one textile park in Tamil Nadu
(31 acres).
His international experience includes execution of the construction
of Airport Terminal building and Central Bank of Oman building
at Muscat, as also several infrastructure developments in
Nigeria.
He holds a Masters Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
and also an MDBA with specialization in Finance. |

Naresh
Ghai is associated with the deal development, financial
planning, and banking relationships for various Landmark
projects. He manages relationships with Banks and Financial
Institutions for debt funding. He has 20 years’ experience
in various areas of corporate finance, all of it with the
Dalmia Group. He has a graduate degree in accounting and
finance from Delhi University. |

O.P.Sharma
is responsible for accounting and financial controls in
some of the Landmark projects, besides looking after banking
relationships across various Landmark group companies. He
is a Commerce Graduate from Rajasthan University, and additionally
holds a Diploma in Financial Management. He has a total
working experience of around 16 years. |

Pratap Narayan Singh

N Singh assists the Project in-charges in all Commercial
as well as Engineering aspects of project implementation.
He has over 15 years’ experience in the fields of real estate
developments and several construction projects. Prior to
joining Landmark Holdings, he was working with Silverline
Holdings where he was involved with a number of real estate
developments in Gurgaon including 100 acres integrated township
development, 20 acres residential development and 10 acres
business complex development. His past exposure in the Industry
is with some of the leading Indian real estate developers
like Era Construction, OMAXE Construction, & ELDECO Infrastructure
and Properties.
He is a Civil Engineer from the Institute of Engineering
and Rural Technology, Allahabad. |

Kumar is responsible for accounting and financial controls
across all Landmark projects. He has an accounting degree

Rajeev Nair |

Rajeev
is responsible for investor servicing, and dealing with
all the overseas interfaces of Landmark. His profile entails
garnering of information across all ongoing projects and
inputting it for the periodic reports being compiled for
overseas investors. He has around 21 years of experience
over a wide spectrum of activities. These include 6 years
as C.F.O. of an Engineering Consultancy Company, 11 years
in a specialized tourism financing vehicle, and time with
an Indo-French collaborated Company in the field of Electrical
Engineering. Rajeev is a Chartered Accountant, besides being
a Physics Honours graduate from Delhi University’s St. Stephen’s
College. |

Rakesh Aggarwal

Rakesh
Aggarwal is responsible for all commercial and technical
aspects of the investments made, post-investment, from pre-development,
to planning, to physical activity, to sales and shareholder
distributions. Responsible for profit, IRR and Cash Flow
targets.
He brings with him over 24 years of experience with large
FMCG, computer & electronics and retailing companies in
the fields of commercial functions, as also Finance & Accounts.
He has worked for over a decade with a large Joint Venture
of Corning Incorporated, USA. Rakesh was responsible for
the speedy setting up of the Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee & KFC
chains in India. In addition to this, he has made immense
contributions in the areas of Supply Chain Management, sourcing
& contracting in these organizations. Rakesh Aggarwal is
a Chartered Accountant (CPA). |

Srikanth Reddy |

Prior
to joining Landmark earlier this year, Srikanth worked for
Lehman Brothers for over seven years covering Equities and
Prime Brokerage divisions servicing Hedge Funds based out
of Tokyo, New York, & Mumbai. Most recently, Srikanth built
and managed a team of 90+ staff as Lehman's Head of Offshore
Prime Brokerage in Mumbai.
From 1995 to 2001, Srikanth was based in Tokyo and held
various positions at Nikko Securities primarily providing
research & valuations expertise to Japanese Corporates seeking
acquisitions in Asia followed by trading and risk management
roles at UBS in their Equity Derivatives team.
Srikanth received a Bachelors degree in Finance & MIS from
Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. |

Tyagi, a Civil Engineer from the Board of Technical Education,
Ghaziabad, assists the Project in-charges in all Commercial
as well as Engineering aspects of project implementation.
He has over 10 years’ experience in the fields of real estate
developments and construction projects. Prior to joining
Landmark Holdings, he was working with A.S.F. Infrastructure,
and involved with the implementation of a couple of I.T.
Park projects in the Delhi-N.C.R. region. Besides this,
his past experience in the Industry is with some of the
leading Indian real estate developers like Chadha group,
Ansal group and Sai Construction, where the projects undertaken
ranged from a Mall spread over 500,000 sq. ft. to an infrastructure
project, and township developments/ Group Housing. |

Vijay Kumar Rustogi

Rustogi brings to the table his vast and varied experience
spanning over 30 years and involving hands-on experience
in implementing more than 20 projects. Prior to joining
Landmark, he held a senior position with N.B.C.C., a National-level
organization engaged in the execution of large sized projects
in a pan-Indian scenario.
Mr. Rustogi is responsible for all commercial and technical
